Admission Philosophy

Eligibility

Criteria

Class 10th and Class 12th Score

Undergraduate Degree in any discipline from a recognised Indian or international institute or university

Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration from a recognised institution/university.

Minimum 50% marks in graduation (45% for candidates belonging to reserved categories).

Candidates appearing in the final year of their bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply.

Such candidates will be required to submit proof of qualification and completion of graduation before joining the programme.

A valid score from any of the following
entrance examinations:

GMAT
MAT
CMAT
ATMA

If students intend to take any of these
exams before the program commences,
they can apply without their scores and
submit them later.

Dates and Deadlines

Only complete applications will undergo evaluation. Applications that are unfinished, incomplete, or inaccurately filled out will not be taken into consideration. Specific questions within the application necessitate elaborate responses. Crafting these answers thoughtfully demands time and meticulous consideration. Plan your schedule accordingly.
To prevent submitting an application containing errors or incorrect information due to last-minute haste, we strongly advise submitting your application well ahead of the application deadline.
Each “ROUND” signifies a distinct period for application rather than a sequence of steps within your application process.
You can apply once per application year, choosing any of the application rounds.
The timelines mentioned below are subject to modification at the discretion of Badruka School of Management.

Applicant Journey

Each applicant shall begin their journey by completing and submitting the online application form on our website. Please note that no offline or physical application forms are available. Only online submission of the application form shall be considered valid. Once the student completes and submits the application, they will undergo a personal interview. Students can track the status of their application form on the application portal. Students will be informed about the final decision by email.

Scholarships

1. Merit Based Scholarships: Based on exceptional academic performance and extracurricular achievements. Good scores in management entrance examinations and top scores in BSM’s admission process.

2. Merit & Need Based Scholarship: Awarded to students with annual family income below ₹15,00,000. Evaluation based on overall academic performance, BSM’s admission process performance, and extracurricular activities.

3. For Wards of Defence Personnel: Applicable to dependents of serving or retired Defence/Military Personnel (Army, Air Force, Navy, Cost Guard & Paramilitary). Considered based on eligibility verification and overall performance in BSM’s admission and evaluation process.

Badruka School of Management Refund Policy

Academic Year 2026–2028

Introduction

Badruka School of Management (BSM) is committed to maintaining a transparent and student-friendly admission process. The refund policy has been formulated in accordance with the AICTE Approval Process Handbook (APH) 2026–2027 and any subsequent amendments or notifications issued by AICTE.

Withdrawal & Refund Process

1. Submit a withdrawal request by emailing admissions@bsm.edu.in.

2. Mention your Full Name, Application Number, and Registered Email ID.

3. The withdrawal request must be submitted within the applicable timelines.

4. Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable AICTE guidelines.

Important Notes

1. A processing fee of ₹1,000 shall be deducted wherever the admission fee is refundable.

2. Refunds shall be governed by the AICTE Approval Process Handbook (APH) 2026–2027 and any subsequent amendments issued by AICTE.

3. Scholarship or financial aid adjustments, wherever applicable, will be considered while processing refunds.

4. No refund of admission, tuition, or residence fees shall be applicable in cases involving disciplinary action, submission of false documents, fraud, or ineligibility. However, the refundable security deposit, if applicable, shall be returned.

Once a withdrawal request has been processed, the candidate’s admission shall stand cancelled, and the allotted seat will be released by the Institute.
