Withdrawal & Refund Process
1. Submit a withdrawal request by emailing admissions@bsm.edu.in.
2. Mention your Full Name, Application Number, and Registered Email ID.
3. The withdrawal request must be submitted within the applicable timelines.
4. Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable AICTE guidelines.

Important Notes
1. A processing fee of ₹1,000 shall be deducted wherever the admission fee is refundable.
2. Refunds shall be governed by the AICTE Approval Process Handbook (APH) 2026–2027 and any subsequent amendments issued by AICTE.
3. Scholarship or financial aid adjustments, wherever applicable, will be considered while processing refunds.
4. No refund of admission, tuition, or residence fees shall be applicable in cases involving disciplinary action, submission of false documents, fraud, or ineligibility. However, the refundable security deposit, if applicable, shall be returned.
Disclaimer
Once a withdrawal request has been processed, the candidate’s admission shall stand cancelled, and the allotted seat will be released by the Institute.
