Avnie Garg’s diverse educational background empowers her to apply a multidisciplinary Design Thinking approach to tackle some of the world’s most complex challenges.

As a visiting faculty member, Avnie teaches Design Thinking, and Entrepreneurship. She is the founder of Elucidation Today, a venture dedicated to career coaching, skill building, and recruitment. Avnie also serves on the Board of Advisors for Teach for Change, a not-for-profit initiative by Lakshmi Manchu.

Her professional journey includes spearheading talent acquisition at Randstad for top-tier clients like JPMorgan Chase & Co. Avnie has also delivered high-impact projects for organizations such as the United Nations, IIM Ahmedabad, and the Delhi government. She is frequently invited to judge startup competitions, mentor aspiring entrepreneurs, and consult entrepreneurship centres nationwide. Her workshops have upskilled professionals across industries, including manufacturing, consulting, and hospitality.
