Dr. Pandey brings over two decades of industry and academic experience, traversing various roles across prestigious institutions and companies. His past academic and leadership journey includes serving as the Professor and Director at Jaipuria Institute of Management (India), Professor and Director at the School of Business, UPES Dehradun, Dean of Undergraduate programmes at IMT Dubai, and Professor of Economics at IMT, Ghaziabad. He has also been a Visiting Professor at SP Jain Dubai and the Head of the Centre of Innovation & Excellence at Middlesex University Dubai.

His deep-rooted understanding of finance and banking led him to pivotal roles as the Head of the Finance & Banking programme at the British University in Dubai (BUiD) and Regional Head of Risk Management & Training at Bank Melli Iran (BMI) in their Dubai Regional Office.
