Dr. Surya is an operations and analytics professional with extensive academic and industry experience spanning over 15 years. His research interests include Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, Sustainability, and Cloud Manufacturing. At the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, he has been a Guest Resource Person since 2018, delivering lectures and hands-on sessions in Project Management. At the Indian School of Business (ISB), he has played a key instructional and research role across multiple programs, facilitating courses in Statistics, Operations, and Supply Chain Management, and leading workshops in Excel, Probability, and Statistics. Prior to his academic tenure, Dr. Surya held leadership roles in operations and strategy at Navanidhi Electronics and Wipro Technologies. He has also developed data-driven tools, optimization models, and AI-enabled learning platforms to enhance academic and administrative efficiency.
