As the founder of Niiti Consulting, she has integrated ESG goals into business strategies for global organizations, advised the RBI and NSE on India’s Social Stock Exchange, and led gender-focused programs across India and Africa. With over 30 years in business development, public affairs, and sustainability, she has led over 100 projects since founding Niiti Consulting in 2010, collaborating with institutions like Harvard, INSEAD, and IIMs. She is also a visiting faculty member at institutions such as Ashoka University and Vedica Scholars Programme for Women.
