He founded The Digital Academy (Niladri Roy and Associates), an advisory organisation dedicated to supporting diverse clients in their digital evolution. He also co-founded Betamorphosis, a boutique C-suite advisory firm.

Mr. Roy transitioned into entrepreneurship in 2014 after a distinguished corporate career. He is also a respected visiting faculty member at leading business schools worldwide, teaching courses on strategy, technology, and organisational dynamics. Previously, he served as visiting faculty at institutions such as IIM – Calcutta, Lucknow, Indore, and Shillong.

Mr. Roy runs a popular YouTube channel, “Niladri Roy #All Things Digital”, where he explores the transformative impact of digital technology on businesses.
