In her 30-plus years of working, Shampa has been a journalist, an event curator and a communication coach. The one constant through all those changes is her passion for creating clear, concise and compelling communication – and communicators.

She currently runs a boutique editorial firm that provides writing, editing, illustration and graphic design services. She also coaches young professionals and helps them develop skills and habits to become the best version of themselves.

Earlier, at Harappa Education, she created online courses to help individuals improve their cognitive, social and behavioral skills. She headed the event management division of The New Indian Express Group, where she brought together India’s best minds to create thought-provoking, large-format events in the fields of higher education, sports, literature and women’s issues. At McKinsey & Company, she worked with premier companies on operational and organizational projects and helped clients and consultants strengthen their interpersonal and communication skills.
