Mr. Jaruhar is the founder of EdLightened, offering management and analytics courses in online and hybrid formats. He has played a pivotal role in helping prestigious institutions establish progressive programmes in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning. He is an actuary with a diverse professional background and was the recipient of the Four Pillar Award for Intellectual Depth at Kellogg. He has contributed his expertise in various capacities to both national and international companies, including Zurich Insurance Group, Hewlett-Packard, GE-Capital International Service, and Reliance Infocomm.

Mr. Jaruhar is also a visiting faculty member at multiple institutions, instructing courses encompassing accounting, finance, operations, marketing, and analytics.
